With my expertise in diverse areas such as information technology, design, founding and building a branding agency, in addition to my role as a co-founder and consultant in various start-ups, I have had the opportunity to acquire and expand valuable skills. These enable me to perceive meta-perspectives, analyse complex interrelations and interactions, and develop clear, high-performing solutions. I am passionate about applying my experiences and knowledge to new fields again and again.

Diagnostics

In this phase, I conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the brand, including its strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. This stage may involve aspects of market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to understand the brand's current position in the market. Together, we aim to identify real differentiation criteria as well as important content and communication anchors as early as possible.

Profiling & Shaping

In this phase, we develop a detailed profile of the brand, including its personality, values, and target groups. This stage may involve the creation of brand archetypes and the determination of the brand's unique selling points. Key messages are elaborated and translated into initial messaging, which forms the basis for all brand communication and control.

Definition & System Design

In this phase, the brand strategy is defined, including the brand's mission, vision, and values. We set clear strategic target points and translate them into a system that is made accessible and available across all application levels. With all relevant stakeholders, a clear brand architecture is created, including the brand hierarchy, organisation, and brand portfolio. I'm happy to assist you in developing a visual identity as well.

Activation

In the final phase of the brand consulting process, I support you and your brand in implementing the new strategy at all touchpoints. This may involve creating a brand launch plan, developing marketing materials, and training employees on the new brand strategy. I'm also ready to monitor the performance of the brand to make adjustments and additions to the system as needed.
